صحيفة المرصد: شهّرت وزارة التجارة بفرع شركة الدانوب للمواد الغذائية بمدينة جيزان بعد صدور حكم قضائي نهائي بإدانة المنشأة ومدير الفرع بمخالفة نظام مكافحة الغش التجاري؛ نتيجة حيازة وعرض منتجات غذائية منتهية الصلاحية (14 عبوة عصائر).


ونشرت الوزارة الحكم القضائي الصادر من محكمة الاستئناف بجازان المتضمن فرض غرامة مالية، وإغلاق المنشأة لمدة أسبوعين، ومصادرة وإتلاف الكميات المضبوطة، ونشر الحكم على نفقة المخالفين.
