تطيل العمر.. دراسة حديثة تكشف مفاجأة بشأن الفياغرا

صحيفة المرصد: كشف باحثون من فرنسا وسويسرا أن مادة السيلدينافيل (الفياغرا)، التي تساعد الرجال على محاربة العجز الجنسي، قد يكون لها "تأثير مفيد على طول العمر".

أقل عرضة للوفاة

ووجدت الدراسة، التي فحصت 40 عاما من البيانات، أن الرجال الذين تناولوا دواء العجز الجنسي كانوا أقل عرضة للوفاة بنسبة 15%.

وقال باحثو جامعات زيورخ ولوزان ومستشفى تولوز، إن هذا "ربما يرجع إلى التأثير السلبي الكامن للمرض الذي يهدف العقار إلى علاجه".

الزهايمر وأمراض القلب

وسلطت الدراسات الحديثة الضوء على دور السيلدينافيل في الحد من خطر الإصابة بمرض ألزهايمر، وكذلك أمراض القلب، باعتبارها عوامل محتملة للموت.

ولوحظت فوائد مماثلة على طول العمر مع عقاقير "أتورفاستاتين" و"نابروكسين" و"استراديول" أيضا.
