صحيفة المرصد: أصدر مدير عام الدفاع المدني المكلف اللواء الدكتور حمود بن سليمان الفرج، قراراً بترقية 2281 فردًا من منسوبي الدفاع المدني، ابتداءً من تاريخ 4 / 7 / 1445هـ، بمختلف الرتب العسكرية في جميع المناطق والإدارات التابعة للدفاع المدني.
وعبر اللواء الفرج عن شكره وتقديره لصاحب السمو الملكي الأمير عبدالعزيز بن سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز وزير الداخلية، على دعمه غير المحدود للقطاعات الأمنية، مثمناً توجيهات ومتابعة سموه لجميع أعمال ومهام الدفاع المدني.
