صحيفة المرصد : كشف موقع "Medical News Today" ، عن أعشاب يمكن الاعتماد عليها للتخلص من الدهون الثلاثية بالدم والتي جاءت على النحو التالي:

1- الحلبة

وجد الباحثون أن الحلبة من الأعشاب التي تقلل من خطر الإصابة بانسداد الشرايين، ويرجع السبب إلى قدرتها الكبيرة على خفض الدهون الثلاثية والكوليسترول الضار بالدم.

وكشف تحليل تلوي عام 2020، أن مكملات الحلبة ساهمت في خفض الكوليسترول الضار لدى مرضى السكري، ومع ذلك، أكد العلماء أنهم بحاجة لمزيد من الأبحاث، للتحقق من صحة هذه النتائج.

2- مستخلص أوراق الخرشوف

عندما اختبر باحثون في تحليل تلوي عام 2018 تأثير مستخلص أوراق الخرشوف على عينة من الأشخاص، لاحظوا أن مستويات الكوليسترول الضار والدهون الثلاثية انخفضت بشكل كبير، خاصةً عند تناول مع العلاج الدوائي.

3- الريحان

أظهرت دراسة أجريت عام 2018، أن الريحان تمكن من خفض الدهون الثلاثية بالدم لدى عدد من مرضى اضطرابات التمثيل الغذائي البالغين من العمر 40 عامًا عند تناول 1 جرام منه يوميًا.

4- الزنجبيل

يلعب الزنجبيل دورًا كبيرًا في خفض الدهون الثلاثية والكوليسترول الضار بالدم، عند تناول 2 جرام منه يوميًا، بحسب نتائج مراجعة لـ12 دراسة عام 2018.

5- الكركم

يقلل الكركم من خطر الإصابة بأمراض القلب والأوعية الدموية، ويرجع السبب إلى محتواه العالي من مادة الكركمين، التي تساعد على خفض الدهون الثلاثية في الدم، نقلًا عن دراسة أجريت عام 2017.

6- الروزماري

وفقًا لدراسة أجريت عام 2014، يساهم الروزماري "إكليل الجبل" في خفض الدهون الثلاثية والكوليسترول الضار بالدم، ومن ثم الوقاية من أمراض القلب، عند تناول 2 أو 5 أو 10 جرامًا منه يوميًا.
