تفاصيل إدانة "المنازعات المالية" للمواطن "فيصل الزهراني" .. والكشف عن مخالفته والغرامة المالية الصادرة بحقه

صحيفة المرصد : أعلنت الأمانة العامة للجان الفصل في منازعات الأوراق المالية عن صدور قرار لجنة الاستئناف في منازعات الأوراق المالية القطعي رقم 2861/ل.س/2023م لعام 1444هـ بتاريخ 1444/09/21هـ الموافق 2023/04/12م، وذلك في الدعوى الجزائية العامة المقامة من النيابة العامة (والمحالة لها من هيئة السوق المالية) ضدّ فيصل بن سعيد بن وقيتان بن مسفر الزهراني.

وقد انتهى منطوق القرار إلى إدانة المذكور (غيابياً) بمخالفة المادة الحادية والثلاثين من نظام السوق المالية، والمادة الخامسة من لائحة أعمال الأوراق المالية، لممارسته عملاً من أعمال الأوراق المالية والمتمثل في نشاط (المشورة)، دون الحصول على ترخيص من هيئة السوق المالية، وذلك من خلال استلامه مبالغ مالية على حسابه البنكي مقابل الاشتراك في خدمة تقديم المشورة (تقديم التوصيات) على أسهم الشركات المدرجة

وتضمن القرار فرض غرامة مالية عليه قدرها (50,000) خمسون ألف ريال لمخالفته المادة الحادية والثلاثين من نظام السوق المالية، والمادة الخامسة من لائحة أعمال الأوراق المالية.
