صحيفة المرصد: كشف أستاذ العقاقير الدكتور جابر القحطاني ، عن الأطعمة التي يجب الحرص على تناولها خلال فصل الشتاء.
وقال خلال تغريدة نشرها عبر حسابه على "تويتر"، أن هذه الأطعمة هي : " الجريب فروت و البرتقال والليمون واليوسفي وكذلك الكيوي والطماطم والفلفل الأحمر والأخضر والجزر".
وأشار إلى أن هذه الأطعمة مضادة للأكسدة وتساعد في رفع مناعة الجسم.
